Catnip Extract

One of my favorite herbs for the whole family, catnip makes (some) cats go wild but may have a relaxing and calming effect on humans {especially children} and our nervous system. It is also very supportive for bloating, gas/flatulence, indigestion and colic. I also add catnip to my Digestive Bitters for these stomach settling powers. 

Also a diaphoretic, catnip is supportive of fevers and encouraging sweating when needed.  

Add to water, juice or tea as needed for stomach upset, fever or stress/sleep. 

Handmade on our farm, extracted over 6 weeks in high quality alcohol.
