Elderberry Extract

Rich in Vitamins A + C, elderberry is very supportive as an illness preventative. Helpful to support colds, flu, head congestion, lung congestion with mucous, croupy/wet coughs. This extract can be used similar to an elderberry syrup, just more concentrated! Extracting may also preserve more of the Vit C over boiling for syrup, as Vit C is heat sensitive and known to reduce availability. 

Add to juice, tea or water 1-4 times per day as needed or while sick.
