Mullein Tincture

Commonly used for coughs, asthma and bronchitis, mullein is an expectorant (like commercial cough medicines) and helps move mucous out of the body. It is soothing and protective for the lungs and respiratory system.

Also shown to have antimicrobial properties against K. pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus and S. epidermidis, as well as E. coli, mullein is a good, supportive choice for many types of infections. 

Add to water, juice or tea 1-3 times per day as needed when sick or to support the lungs.
