Nutmeg Tincture

This one smells so good! Nutmeg has been shown to possibly stabilize blood glucose and reduce hyperglycemic responses, one study compared it the the diabetic medication, Metformin. Also shown to be supportive to the liver and reducing liver stress.

Add to liquids as needed, especially great in coffee or tea!

Handmade on our farm, extracted over 6 weeks in high quality alcohol. 2 oz fluid dropper.
