California Poppy Tincture

This is one of the BEST gentle solutions for sleep in my experience. As a nervine, analgesic, sedative and more...it calms the mind + body to let you rest with no habit forming or grogginess the next day. I sleep well, but sometimes I tend to be in too much of a hurry to do too much, or think of all the things I need to do the next day as soon as I’m in bed. On those days, just 10-12 drops of CA Poppy gets me so relaxed and into a deep sleep within minutes.

It’s also known to reduce pain, anxiety, depression {often in conjunction with others herbs or minerals} and to aid in bed wetting and liver or bladder issues.
