Catnip Tincture

One of my favorite herbs for the whole family, catnip makes (some) cats go wild but it has a relaxing and calming effect on humans {especially children} and our nervous system. It is also very effective for reducing/eliminating bloating, gas/flatulence, indigestion and colic. I also add catnip to my Digestive Bitters for these stomach settling powers. 

Also a diaphoretic, catnip is helpful in reducing fevers and encouraging sweating when needed.  

Add to water, juice or tea as needed for stomach upset, fever or stress/sleep. 

Organically grown + handmade on our farm, extracted over 6 weeks in high quality alcohol. 2 oz fluid dropper.
